I believe it was David Lynch that said ‘ the thing about meditation is; you become more and more you.

’Many of the world’s most influential people and accomplished global leaders such as Oprah Winfrey, Larry Brilliant and Lady Gaga, cite meditation as a key factor in their success.

There are several compelling Forbes studies if you would like to discover for yourself.

As we head towards Christmas and the end of the year, it is natural for many of us to reflect upon our achievements, the highs, the lows, the joys and perhaps the losses.

We may also reflect on the new people that have come into our lives and made an impact; inspired, amazed, supported and, of course, sometimes disappointed (often making us stronger in the process).

Others enable us to become more and more ourselves if we choose to listen and to look within.
