Becoming more and more you…

I believe it was David Lynch that said ‘ the thing about meditation is; you become more and more you.’

Many of the world’s most influential people and accomplished global leaders such as Oprah Winfrey, Larry Brilliant and Lady Gaga, cite meditation as a key factor in their success.  There are several compelling Forbes studies if you would like to discover for yourself.

As we head towards Christmas and the end of the year, it is natural for many of us to reflect upon our achievements, the highs, the lows, the joys and perhaps the losses.  We may also reflect on the new people that have come into our lives and made an impact; inspired, amazed, supported and, of course, sometimes disappointed (often making us stronger in the process).

Others enable us to become more and more ourselves if we choose to listen and to look within.

This is the film of a conversation with Shelley von Strunckel, astrologer and spiritual teacher, which I hope you enjoy, particularly as we approach a new year. It is about destiny, following your intuition and the power of meditation.

All of us here at X fusion wish you and yours a magical Christmas and a 2018 filled with every joy, happiness and success.

If you would like to talk with us about Executive Coaching for you and your teams, and becoming more you, we’d be delighted to hear from you.

Shelley and I will be co-hosting some events in the New Year, contact if you would like to hear more.

My warmest wishes,
